Personnel and General Services Office
Mission: Administrative management of permanent and temporary staff within the Department, support for electoral bodies and procedures, management of general affairs and general support services for the Department.

Main activities:
- administrative management of teaching staff, researchers, and research fellows affiliated with the Department, including the preparation of documents and activities for permanent appointments;
- administrative management of technical and administrative staff assigned to the Department and support to the Director for related matters;
- management of administrative and accounting aspects, other forms of contract for the selection, stipulation, execution, and conclusion of employment and training relationships (scholarships, etc.) and for other types of collaboration (collaborations, professional services, etc.) in support of research activities, and other types of activities provided for by current legislation;
- supporting Departmental Bodies, both for electoral processes and for the conduct of meetings (e.g., preparing the agenda, preparing documents, etc.);
- supporting Departmental Bodies in the planning of teaching, research, and technical staff;
- management of cross-functional and professional support activities, ensuring updates and advice in the administrative, accounting, and legal fields to the various internal stakeholders within the Department (e.g., insurance matters, etc.);
- administrative management of activities for the organization of events, conferences, and similar (approval by bodies, sponsorship and service concession contracts, communications to the University, concession of spaces, patronage, etc.).
- management of reception services and front office;
- communication management (website, social media, newsletters, etc.);
- administrative and accounting management of training subsidies (Marco Polo, scholarships, etc.).
