Debate: The future of the European Union: integration and enlargement

Organised by the EU Junior Experts of CeSIPE

The aim is to stimulate public debate on the future prospects of the European Union and on the criteria and implications of the accession of new Member States.

Participants will be divided into two teams, Proposition and Opposition, and will debate a motion chosen by the judges, taking a position for or against it. Each team will consist of three speakers, each with a specific role, with the aim of convincing the jury through clear and well-structured arguments.

Participation is open upon registration via a dedicated online form to be completed.

Europe Day 2026

The Europe Day organized by Punto Europa in Forlì has reached its twenty-seventh edition in the city. This year, the programme will feature a rich series of meetings and moments for discussion focused on the theme “The enlargement of the European Union: where do we stand and what kind of Europe do we want?” The initiatives will mainly take place during the week of May 9 and will continue throughout the entire month, with additional events scheduled.
